What you bring
- Access to the code, the hosting and a place to test.
- Your list of improvements, in order.
- Real examples: the report that is wrong, the order that went wrong, how staff actually do the work.
- Someone who checks the work and approves it.
Not included
- A new module or a rebuild. That is a Custom Project.
- A backlog too big for one steady queue. That is Managed Delivery.
- A release every week, whether or not the work is ready. Releases go out when they are tested.
- Other systems outside the one we agreed.
Price and terms
From RM7,500/month, paid monthly in advance. Month to month, no lock-in. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Support hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, Kuala Lumpur time, excluding public holidays. We reply by the next business day. Prices exclude SST.
