What is in scope
- Regular sessions on the decisions in front of you: build or buy, which vendor, what to fix first.
- Reviewing vendor proposals and quotations before you sign.
- Questions answered between sessions.
- A written record of each decision and the reasons behind it.
What you bring
- The decisions coming up, and when they need to be made.
- The proposals, quotations and documents behind them.
- The person who makes the final call.
Not included
- Building or changing the software. That is separate work.
- Managing your other vendors or your IT team for you.
- Legal, tax or contract advice.
- Making the decision for you. It stays with your business.
Price and terms
RM2,500/month, paid monthly in advance. Month to month, no lock-in. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Prices exclude SST.

Not as part of Advisory. Once the decision is made, we can quote the work, or your own team or vendor can do it.
