Fix Sprint

A new system, module, migration or integration, built to an agreed scope.
Before you buy.
- Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and exclude SST.
- Hosting, licences and other third-party costs are paid separately, unless your quote includes them.
- Monthly services are month to month, with no lock-in. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
- Support hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, Kuala Lumpur time, excluding public holidays.
- If Managed Delivery isn’t working for you in the first 7 days, tell us and we refund the first month’s invoice, add-ons included. The 7 days start once we have your first payment, the kickoff is done and we have the access we need to begin.
Software Care and Advisory are add-ons to Managed Delivery, and each level up includes more of them. Software Care is also available for a system we built as a Custom Project, once its 60 days of free bug fixes end. Not sure which fits? Tell us the situation and we’ll say.
