Real users tell you more than a plan.

We build, fix, take over, and improve business software: custom systems, web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, integrations, and practical AI automation. We send a short update every Monday.

I started Antdragon after seeing too many companies get stuck with software. The project slows down after the first version. The vendor disappears or becomes slow. Nobody sends clear updates, so management stops trusting the work.
Now with AI, the noise is even louder. Everyone wants the advanced thing, but AI only helps when it is connected to real systems and real workflows.
So our job is simple: build and improve software properly, keep progress visible, and only add AI where it actually helps.
If you want software that keeps moving and actually gets used, let's talk.
Antdragon was founded in 2020, but the people behind it have built live software for much longer. You are hiring a team with the habits you want in a long-term partner.
That is the mission and the vision in one line each. Four principles decide how we plan the week, write the Monday update, and choose what is worth building.

Work slows down when no one can decide. We work best with one person on your side who can approve priorities each week.
Clear priorities and clear updates help everyone move faster. Vague costs more than hard.
We take responsibility for moving the work forward, including telling you when something is stuck and why.
For this to work well, we need one person on your side who can approve priorities each week.
Curious what we build with? See our stackI have been working with the team behind Antdragon for a few months now and I can honestly say it has been one of the most pleasant surprises; they own the weekly delivery, we just approve priorities and direction.
They understood our needs and budget and worked to meet those criteria. The delivery was exceptional.
They know what they're talking about and show genuine interest in our project. Very responsive when we need to make changes.
Tell us what you are trying to build, fix, take over, or improve. We will help you decide a sensible next step: a fit check, a system review, or a project discussion.

If we are not the right fit, we will say so early.
