Yes, that is a big part of what we do. We check what you have first: the code, where it runs and who holds the accounts. If the old vendor is still involved, we agree in writing who looks after what.
Monthly work is Managed Delivery: RM13,000/month, RM19,000/month with technical ownership, or from RM30,000/month for Enterprise. Software Care (from RM1,500/month) and Advisory (RM2,500/month) can be added, and the higher levels include them. One-off work: Review, RM1,000 for one decision or RM5,000 for one system; Fix Sprint RM3,000 to RM10,000; Custom Project from RM30,000. Prices exclude SST.
