Senior-led delivery inside your existing code: useful updates ship every week, and a short Monday report tells you what moved. Your code, accounts, and domain stay yours.
Your product list is growing and your team is stretched. You need senior-led delivery that gets useful work live every week, keeps you updated, and does not add more meetings to your calendar.
01
Your software project is half done or moving too slowly. You need a reliable team to take over, clean things up, and keep progress moving.
02
You have ongoing fixes, updates, and improvements to manage. You need a team that handles the work consistently and sends clear weekly updates.
03
Your internal team is busy and hiring takes time. You need senior-led support that can work inside your codebase and ship useful updates every week.
If any of this sounds like your week, keep reading.
A week without us vs. a week with us
Same five workdays. More software shipped.
Most delivery delays are not caused by one big failure. They come from small day-to-day slips that add up. By Friday, teams often realise little or nothing went live. Antdragon fixes that with a weekly release schedule, so useful updates keep shipping without asking your team to work weekends.
BEFOREA week without a delivery team

A typical week without senior-led delivery in place. Little or nothing ships to users.

What you get
What you actually get each week: shipped changes plus a short Monday written update.
You are not paying for "engineering hours". You are paying for four simple things that keep your software moving and keep you in the loop, without long meetings.
01every Monday morning
A weekly written report
A short summary of last week, in your inbox every Monday.
You get a simple written update: what we built last week, what is going live this week, and anything that needs your decision. It takes about four minutes to read. Written in plain language so anyone on your team can understand it.
02reviewed by a senior engineer
Weekly live updates
Real updates reach your users every week.
Every change that goes live is reviewed and signed off by a senior engineer. If something goes wrong, we can safely roll back to the previous version. We avoid pushing big changes late on a Friday, so problems do not spill into your weekend.
03live in Plane
A shared task list
One task list, visible to you and your team.
We keep all work in a shared task list you can open any time. Priorities are agreed with you first. You can always see what we are working on and what is next, without asking.
04saved in your code
A record of decisions
Every important decision is written down.
We keep a written record of important decisions and why we made them. It lives inside your own code. If you bring in a new team later, they have the full history, not just the finished work.
The weekly scheduleCadence · every Monday
Three steps to get started: intro call, first week of work, then the weekly schedule.
You do not need to become a technical expert to work with us. We handle the build. You make the business decisions. Every Monday, we send you a short written update on where things stand.
The week you're looking atMon → Fri.Ship Monday. Report Monday. The week is for the work.
01
A 15-minute call
Step 1
A short call to understand your product, your goals, and what you want to move forward. If we are not a good fit, we say so and point you to someone better suited. No pressure, no long pitch.
02
Your first week with us
Step 2
We set up access to your code and accounts with your team, then pick one useful change your users will see and get it started in the first week (once we have access to your code). Your first weekly update arrives on the Monday after your first full week with us.
03
A steady weekly schedule
Step 3
From week two, your software moves forward every week. Real updates go live. On Monday morning, you get a short written update with what we did, what is next, and anything we need you to decide. Monthly plan. 30 days' notice to cancel. Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first invoice.
Ownership & security
Your code and accounts always stay yours.
We build inside your own systems. Your code, your cloud, and your accounts all belong to you. Four plain promises, written up front so nothing gets unclear later.
01
Code
Your code is always yours.
Your code lives in your own GitHub or GitLab from day one. We work inside it. You own the full history. If you cancel, nothing leaves with us.
02
Paperwork
A simple contract and NDA.
We sign a standard service agreement and mutual NDA before we touch anything sensitive. No hidden clauses that make it hard to leave later.
03
Access
Careful, logged access.
We only take the access we need to do the work. Your passwords and secrets stay with you. Every change we make is tracked. Your security lead can join the setup call.
04
Accounts
Nothing is tied to us.
Your cloud, your domains, and your tools all stay in your own accounts. You can hand the work to another team at any time, without moving anything.

FAQ
Common questions about plans, delivery, and ownership.
The questions every serious buyer asks us, answered the same way we would on a call. If yours is not here, a 15-minute call is the quickest way to a straight answer. No sales pitch, no follow-up emails.
Instead of a 3 to 6 month hire plus overhead, or a freelancer you have to project-manage yourself, you get senior-led delivery at one fixed monthly price. Every live update is signed off by a senior engineer. We explain each option in more detail on the Compare page, including when the other options are the better choice.
One fixed monthly price per plan. No hourly billing. No surprise fees. Monthly plan. 30 days' notice to cancel. Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first invoice. No yearly lock-in and no long master agreement. If you stop, we hand over cleanly so you can keep working or pause without extra costs.
You do. Your code lives in your own GitHub or GitLab from day one. Your cloud accounts, domains, and keys stay with you. Everything we produce belongs to you in writing.
We usually begin work within 48 hours of you giving us access (once we have access to your code). For most ready codebases, we aim to have the first update live within two weeks. Your first weekly update arrives on the Monday after your first full working week with us.
A short written update sent Monday morning: what we did last week, what is next, and anything we need you to decide. It also includes a simple list of changes and any preview links worth looking at. Written so anyone on your team can follow it, not just engineers.
Access to your code (GitHub or GitLab), your live and test environments, your current task tool, and one person on your side who can make decisions. We walk you through the exact list on the first call.
We use Plane by default and share it with your team from day one. If your team already uses Jira or Linear, we work inside that instead.
We adjust within reason and update the plan clearly. If something urgent comes up, we pause, tell you what trade-off we are making, and switch focus. Your weekly update always shows what actually went live, not what we originally planned.
Starter and Growth support are during business hours, GMT+8. Round-the-clock on-call is available as part of Enterprise and is written into the agreement. We would rather be upfront about this than over-promise.
We are strongest in TypeScript, React, Node, and PostgreSQL. We also work inside other systems where that is the right choice. We choose tools and patterns that fit your existing stack so your team can keep shipping.
Whichever channel you prefer: WhatsApp, email, or a shared Slack. You also get the weekly written update, so no one has to be in a meeting to know what is going on.
It depends on the plan. Starter gives you a senior-led team working on one main priority. Growth adds weekly planning and a monthly technical review. Enterprise adds a named senior lead for each separate workstream.
Not by default. The standard plans cover delivery, planning, and technical decisions tied to the work we are doing. Larger advisory work, workshops, or leadership support is part of Enterprise or a separate agreement.
No. Each month starts fresh.
Yes. We can add short-term help at an agreed rate when you need a push, for example a launch week, a deadline, or a pre-investor sprint.
Tax is added where it applies, based on where you are billed. Malaysia prices are shown before SST. SST applies where required.
