What is in scope
- One priority at a time, from agreeing what done means to release.
- A delivery lead who answers for getting it released.
- Engineering, architecture, testing and deployment, as each priority needs them.
- A written update every Monday.
- At RM19,000, we also own the technical side: architecture, code quality, releases and production.

- Your backlog, in priority order.
- Someone who sets priorities and approves releases.

Not included
- Developers who join your team and take tasks from your manager. We don’t do staff augmentation.
- Unlimited tasks. A longer backlog changes the order, not the pace.
- A fixed final date for work that is still being decided.
Price and terms
RM13,000/month, or RM19,000/month with technical ownership. Enterprise is from RM30,000/month. Paid monthly in advance. Month to month, no lock-in. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. If Managed Delivery isn’t working for you in the first 7 days, tell us and we refund the first month’s fee. The 7 days start once we have your first payment, the kickoff is done and we have the access we need to begin. Prices exclude SST.

Questions about Managed Delivery
No. You pay for delivery each month and decide what comes next. If you want an agreed result for an agreed price, that is a Custom Project, from RM30,000.
We don’t sell developer seats. A delivery lead answers for the work and brings in the people each priority needs. You are buying one priority moving at a time, not a headcount.
The same amount of work moves at both. At RM13,000, your own tech lead or IT team owns the architecture and we deliver within it. At RM19,000, we take ownership of the architecture, code quality, releases and production, and we pick up new requests the same or next business day.
