The situation
Tit Tar Man is a bone-setting and body alignment specialist with several branches. Every branch registers patients, books appointments, sells treatments and packages, and issues invoices. Its customers also needed a direct way to book and follow their treatments.
We built both sides from scratch: the system branch staff run the clinic on, and the app customers use.
The hard part
Turning how a clinic really works into software staff will actually use, while keeping the customer side simple.
The staff system holds everything: customers, appointments, treatment history, services, packages, prices and billing. Customers should see only the parts that are theirs, in a form that makes sense on a phone.
What we built
For branch staff, a web-based clinic and point-of-sale system covering branches and employees, patient records, appointments, products and services, prices and discounts, treatment packages and invoices.
For customers, a mobile app connected to the same system. Customers browse services, find a branch, book and change appointments, and see their treatment history and packages.
We did the UI/UX, the application development and the API integration that links the two, and we kept supporting the platform after launch.
What changed
The clinic’s operations and its customer experience became one platform, not two separate software problems. Staff and customers work from the same appointments and records, across every branch.
